White Balsamic
The white Balsamic might appear more mysterious than most folks might presume.
Please have no misconception, for it is but a simple alteration in the Balsamico procedure.
Opposed from the traditional method of reducing the Trebianno grape musk,
they simply leave it be and move forward with the regular twelve year aging process.
The outcome: an equally delicious balsamic with a bit more bite or acidity,
a little less sweet with a thinner viscosity.
