A silent film. A colorless painting.  A tasteless wine.

What a bland world it would be without the blending, mixing, or merging of the senses.

The same is true of the food we create and consume.

Here is a helpful list of common flavor combinations and pairings.

 

Citrus Fused Olive Oils

Our herb infused olive oils are very versatile and can easily accompany numerous

proteins, fruits, vegetables, spices, and herbs.

What it comes down too is merely personal preference, in both taste and your style of cooking.

However, below are some suggested Traditional Balsamics to pair with each herb oil.

 

 Balsamic Vinegar Pairing Suggestions

Basil: Strawberry, Pomegranate, Fig, Raspberry, Sicilian Lemon, Black Cherry, Blackberry Ginger, 18 Yr.

Cilantro Roasted Onion: Black Cherry, Raspberry, Oregano, Dark Chocolate, 18 Yr.

Garlic: Oregano, Fig, Black Cherry, Peach, 18 Yr.,

Herbs de Provence: Black Cherry, Cinnamon Pear, Raspberry, Fig, Peach
